Donations

Donations made to saibabaseattle support temple operations and seva. As a general policy, donations are non‑refundable. If a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly and we will review the request.

Hall Rental

• Cancellations received well in advance may be eligible for partial refunds or rescheduling subject to availability and administrative fees.
• No‑shows or same‑day cancellations are generally not refundable.
• Temple may cancel due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a refund of fees paid for hall usage.

Puja and Catering Services

• Changes or cancellations should be requested as early as possible.
• Materials or preparation costs incurred may be deducted from any refund.
• In case of temple‑initiated changes, we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds of service fees.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on providers.
